We are humbly asking for donations as we are in a severe financial situation without any backing whatsoever. We are about to lose the roof over our heads this week coming, as medical expenses and specialists are becoming more regular for my partner who is very ill. See below. Thanks in advance.

We are a group of motivated individuals out to make a difference to the lives of people diagnosed with unfamiliar or unrecognised life-threatening illnesses through our passion for people in general, musicians and making a positive difference.
Mission

---Who are we?
We are a group of motivated individuals out to make a difference to the lives of people diagnosed with unfamiliar or unrecognized life-threatening illnesses through our passion for people in general, musicians and music.
---What are we about?
We're about empowering, improving and saving lives.
We're building a support network for anyone who has ever been diagnosed with 'little known' or 'unfamiliar' medical concerns. Discussion of less common ailments and diseases can often cause normally attentive and concerned friends and family to grow distant, develop a sense of helplessness, disbelief, a lack of empathy, frustration and confusion; often due to one or more of the following reasons:
- A lack of information available (which can sometimes cause disbelief)
- An abundance of information supplied in a way that is difficult to comprehend (which can cause frustration and distance)
- A perceived inability to relate (causing a lack of understanding and empathy)
- .......
Our intention is to ensure that people suffering from such illnesses are aware of, and have access to: information, support groups, online forums, and even have access to fundraising facilities/services to assist in raising money for care, medical-related costs and cures. As we take on various projects, the results of our previous efforts will be kept available for others to build on and expand.
Our access to providing this is through us working closely with various charities and agencies associated with whatever illness/disease we're working with at the time.
Our access to generating money will be through a multitude of fundraising sources. Options include, but are not limited to:
- Music Concerts (we're exploring Battle of the Bands concepts at the moment)
- Comedy performances
- Obtaining and auctioning off autographed memorabilia from established entertainers
- selling Fundraising chocolate
- online fundraising facilities
- BBQs at Bunnings and/or Woolworths
- ......Anyone have any ideas to share?
